DESCRIPTION Our FULL TIME HOST motivates, focuses, and engages the rest of the team, performing the same functions but with greater intensity and excellence. Strong communication, organizational, and improvisational skills are required; experience working with teams would be ideal. The Host always acts in accordance with Basic-Fit’s core values. FUNCTIONS Under the guidance of their supervisor, the Host will carry out, among others, the following responsibilities: * Welcome current and prospective members enthusiastically and warmly. * Sell and advise to contribute toward achieving set objectives. * Actively participate in club cleaning and maintenance. * Supervise administrative tasks (maintenance, supplies, etc.) at the club. * Contribute to promotional activities as directed by the regional manager. * Ensure club safety, order, and tranquility. * Serve as the liaison between the club and the cluster manager, holding weekly meetings with the latter. All this with energy and a positive attitude to create the best possible environment at Basic Fit. PROFILE: * Cheerful and professional, with a strong affinity for sports and fitness. * An effective communicator, both written and oral. Customer-oriented, with strong commercial and interpersonal skills, and enjoys working in a team. * Experience as a team leader, center supervisor, or manager—regardless of industry—is highly valued. * Flexible and resilient under stress. * English proficiency is always an advantage. CONDITIONS: * Working hours: 38.5 hours per week * Contract type: Temporary replacement * Salary: €19,160.90 gross annual * Start date: 03/08/2026
