JOB OFFERING: CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER Location: Almería Company: PINUS S.A. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead and supervise construction project execution in Almería. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling daily site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Requirements: At least 1 year of prior experience as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar position. PRL 60 certification (mandatory). Education aligned with the position. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Offer: Contract: Full-time and indefinite. Gross Annual Salary: Between €30,000 and €32,000 gross per year, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications. Benefits: Company car. Working Hours: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM (Friday afternoons off). Intensive working schedule during summer months. Friday afternoons off.
