We are looking for candidates for *Level I Helpdesk Support* to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our internal users. **Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve users’ daily technical issue inquiries. * Provide technical support through various channels: telephone, email, and chat. * Log and track support tickets in the system. * Perform basic hardware and software diagnostics. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. * Collaborate with other team members to resolve more complex issues. * Update the knowledge base with solutions to frequent problems. Join our mission to make technology work seamlessly for everyone! **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Vocational training (FP Superior) in Administration and Computer Systems Networks, or CFGS in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, or equivalent. * Prior experience in technical support, preferably in a helpdesk environment.
