Job Summary: We are seeking a traffic operator for route planning, driver coordination, incident management, and load optimization to enhance operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Daily nationwide route planning and driver coordination. 2. Incident management and driving time monitoring. 3. Load optimization and reduction of empty kilometers. We are looking for a traffic operator for the Albacete department. Main responsibilities will include daily nationwide route planning, driver coordination and tracking, as well as incident management and resolution. The role also involves monitoring driving times to ensure compliance with current regulations. Another key task is load optimization and reduction of empty kilometers traveled to improve efficiency. Proven experience in heavy transport traffic operations and in managing in-house fleets is required. Organizational skills, decision-making ability, and a solution-oriented profile focused on operational efficiency are essential. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract, Monday to Friday, with split morning and afternoon shifts.
