




We are looking for a professional with experience in maintaining electromechanical equipment and the ability to lead work teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of a plant’s facilities. Key responsibilities will include overall planning and coordination of all maintenance tasks—preventive, corrective, and predictive. The performance of the internal maintenance team as well as external collaborating companies will also be supervised. Rigorous control of technical documentation and compliance with relevant regulations will be essential. Coordination of production shutdowns with the Production Department will be managed to minimize disruptions. In addition, technical and safety improvements across all processes will be actively promoted. A stable project is offered within an established company, with opportunities for professional development and continuous training in a dynamic environment. Working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00. Higher Technician in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance / Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience as Maintenance Manager in industrial settings. Experience managing teams of at least 5 people and projects. Knowledge of Siemens PLC programming Willingness to work in Écija (Seville)
