What are we looking for? We seek an Operations Manager, Data \& AI to strengthen our management team, with solid experience coordinating distributed teams and overseeing multiple projects and services in parallel. The role focuses on financial management of services (P\&L per project), resource optimization, and proper demand management—ensuring operational efficiency and objective attainment. Key Responsibilities: * End-to-end management of multiple Data (and AI) projects/services in parallel. * Coordination of distributed teams, ensuring alignment, performance, and delivery quality. * Financial monitoring of services: cost control, margins, and results. * Demand management, prioritization, and capacity planning. * Liaison with clients and key stakeholders. * Identification of operational risks and definition of corrective actions. Requirements: * Proven experience managing complex technology teams and services. * Experience in Data projects; experience in Artificial Intelligence is highly valued. * Strong financial management capability and results-oriented mindset. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
