Description

Position to work at a large retail store in Murcia during night hours. Duties include restocking products on shelves, ensuring that shelf displays are organized and fully stocked, managing waste according to internal regulations, and handling delivery notes to verify incoming and outgoing goods. It is essential to maintain a clean and safe working environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to sustain a steady pace. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 4:00 AM to 9:30 AM, including a 30-minute break. Days off are fixed: either Tuesday and Sunday, or Wednesday and Sunday, depending on the rotation schedule. The base salary is €9.77 gross per hour, plus a night shift allowance of €1.91. Social Security coverage is provided from day one, along with training for operating equipment. Full availability to work nights, including weekends and public holidays, is required. Prior experience in shelf stocking at supermarkets or large retail stores is mandatory, as well as basic knowledge of delivery notes and inventory control. No formal education is required; however, quick learning ability and attention to detail are highly valued. Residing near Murcia or having reliable transportation is essential. Full availability for night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Proven prior experience in product replenishment at large retail stores or supermarkets. Basic knowledge of delivery note handling, stock control, and inventory management. No specific academic qualification is required, but the ability to quickly learn internal procedures is essential. Residing close to the workplace in Murcia or having convenient transportation options for early-morning commutes is preferred. A responsible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude is indispensable.
