Work is carried out under supervision, enabling learning of industrial processes. Duties vary according to production needs. A proactive, responsible attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team are required. No specific qualification is necessary, although prior experience in factories or similar environments is valued. What matters most is motivation to work and discipline. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) is required. Hiring will be through a temporary contract for the summer campaign, managed by a temporary employment agency.
