Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking to hire a **Construction Manager** for our client in Bilbao. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Supervision and execution of HVAC construction works. * On-site personnel management. * Coordination with the technical office. * Supplier and client management. * Liaison with site management. * Project monitoring and billing. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC construction works. * Experience in construction and project management. * Ability to supervise and plan. * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. **What does the company offer?** * Competitive salary band, based on experience provided, up to €50,000 gross per annum. * Company mobile phone, laptop, and vehicle. * Intensive working schedule throughout the year, 08:00–16:30 (Fridays until 14:00).
