You will join an established team that will foster your technical and professional development within a global, innovative, and cooperative industrial environment. **YOUR MISSION** Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by defining and implementing solutions that enable higher quality, efficiency, and competitiveness in production. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and define machining manufacturing processes. * Industrialize new products and processes. * Optimize productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. * Participate in defining layouts, PFMEAs, and production resources. * Define work methods and resource requirements. * Lead continuous improvement actions on the shop floor.
