Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Architect for the Technical Department to support private construction projects and gain experience in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support in cost estimation, project review, and preparation of tenders We seek to hire a Junior Technical Architect for our headquarters in Foz (Lugo). The selected candidate will join the Technical Department and actively participate in private construction projects while gaining experience in a dynamic, innovative, and growing environment. What will be your responsibilities? * Supporting cost estimation and analysis for private construction projects. * Reviewing projects and preparing quantity take-offs. * Preparing and monitoring technical and economic tenders. * Providing administrative support and coordinating departmental documentation. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong learning ability and enthusiasm to develop professionally within a committed and dynamic team. Requirements: * Willingness to reside in the area. * Valid driver's license. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Presto. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. **We offer:** * Joining an innovative and rapidly growing company. * Full-time continuous schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. * Company vehicle.
