Position Summary: Employment counsellor for the MAIS program, responsible for supporting job seekers, designing integration pathways, and mediating with local companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Labor market mediation with local companies We are seeking an employment counsellor to join the MAIS employment orientation program. The selected candidate will provide support to individuals seeking employment, design integration pathways, and conduct labor market mediation with local companies. Orientation and support for job seekers Design and monitoring of personalized employment integration pathways Conducting individual tutoring sessions and group activities Company prospecting and labor market mediation Coordination with other local stakeholders Document management and program data registration * Experience: 2 years. Prior experience in supporting and guiding job seekers is required, especially in designing and monitoring personalized employment integration pathways. Experience working with vulnerable groups, facilitating individual and group sessions, labor market mediation with companies, and knowledge of the local business landscape will be valued. * Pedagogy * Psychology * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Additional training in employment orientation or integration Strong communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in employment orientation and/or socio-labor market integration Knowledge of the local business landscape and available resources Good command of Catalan and Spanish Digital competencies and administrative capacity * Availability of a personal vehicle * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
